Max gear for all stats

At the moment we have lvl 99 armour and lvl 90 weapons for melee (through donator shop). This option should be allowed for all combat styles. In addition, lvl 99 weapons should be added to the shop (to be in par with primal)

All this includes:

• Sagittarian weapons and armour
  
• Celestial weapons and armour
  
• Primal weapons
  
• Ascension crossbow
  
• Seismic wand
  
• Noxious staff/scythe/bow (if available)
